- This article by Stephen K. Garcia and Edward Shin provides an introduction to Social Network Analysis (SNA) and describes how the method can be integrated with other forms of OD to transform organizations. The case featured is a Fortune 500 consumer healthcare company that integrated business process redesign and SNA to increase the organization’s ability to create innovative new products. The article describes key learnings stemming from the case. Also included are example maps using SNA tools (See p. 252, The Sustainable Enterprise Fieldbook.)
