SKN Worldwide – USA, Inc. is a management consulting, finance and technology solutions company founded in 2003 by leading sustainability expert, Bill Russell. While working in the environmental practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers during the 1990’s, he observed a systemic lack of awareness, understanding and willpower of businesses and governments to address the impending risks and opportunities associated with environmental, economic and social trends. He recognized the need for implementing more collaborative business models that change how companies engage with external experts, their employees, customers, and other stakeholders. He also enthusiastically saw the potential of people, technology, and the internet to dramatically improve our ability to innovate, implement self-organized actions, and collectively learn the most successful paths forward as we journey toward sustainability. SKN Worldwide embraces these opportunities and strives to address the observed and still emerging needs of sustainable enterprises.
